The straight answer before you order
People ask us about gluten-free options several times a week, and we'd rather give you an honest answer than a comfortable one. Aldo's is a hand-tossed New York-style pizzeria. Flour is in the air here from the minute we open. We do not advertise a certified gluten-free crust, and we are not going to pretend our kitchen is a dedicated allergen-free facility, because it isn't — the same counters, the same peels and the same oven handle dough all day long.
If you have celiac disease or a serious gluten intolerance, that matters more than anything else on this page. Please talk to us directly about what you need before you place an order so nobody has to guess.

Hand-tossed — the dough was mixed this morning
Here's why the kitchen works the way it does. Every single pizza at Aldo's starts with our freshly prepared dough, topped with premium cheeses and our rich, flavorful secret sauce, then baked to crispy perfection. That dough gets mixed, rested and stretched by hand on site — it isn't shipped in frozen on a par-baked shell. It's the reason the crust tastes the way it does, and it's also the reason we can't hand you a guarantee about a flour-free kitchen.
Best NY pizza outside of NY!
That line comes from one of the that add up to our 4.4-star rating, and it's the bar we're trying to clear every shift. We'd rather earn it with real dough and be upfront with you about what that means.

Wings, salads, subs and the rest of the board
Plenty of people who are cutting back on bread and pasta still eat with us — they just order differently. We're not labeling any of these gluten-free, and we won't, but they're the parts of the menu worth asking about when you talk to the kitchen:
- Buffalo Wings — from $7.99 for a small order up to $29.99 for a party-size tray
- Caesar Salad — $7.99 to $10.99
- Antipasto Salad — $8.99 to $12.99, and the one a delivery customer singled out as "great"
- California Salad — $8.99 to $12.99
- Bottled Water $1.75, cans $1.40, 2-liter bottles $5.00

And for the rest of the table, the usual suspects are all still there: Baked Ziti $16.99, Baked Cheese Ravioli $14.99, Calzones $12.99 to $16.99, Buffalo Chicken Wraps $13.99subs from $7.99, Alfredo and BBQ Chicken gourmet pies, Broccoli Bianca and Broadway Veggie white pizzas, plus Cannoli $4.99 and a 12-inch Cinnamon Pecan Pie for $12.99. None of those are gluten-free. All of them are on the online menu with full sizing and prices, so you can read the whole board before deciding.

Tell us what you need when you order
The best thing you can do is tell us up front. Build your order online, add a note about what you're avoiding, and the kitchen reads it before anything goes in the oven. If it's a question we can't answer in a note, ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it rather than taking a chance with your meal.

First time ordering. We did delivery. Amazing pizza. The dough is excellent, perfectly baked. The antipasta was great. The garlic knots were still warm when delivered.
Delivery and pickup both run out of 2862 Gulf To Bay Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33759, and we deliver across Clearwater and Safety Harbor. Owner Mohamed Farhat is usually somewhere in the building, so if you have a question about ingredients, call (727) 210-3343 or email mrmoe7380@gmail.com and you'll get a real answer. Ready to eat? Order online and we'll start on it.
