Aldo's New York Pizza is a neighborhood pizzeria in Clearwater, and the whole operation turns on one thing: the dough. It gets made from scratch every single day and rises slowly, which is the only way you get a crust that's crisp on the bottom and still folds the way a New York slice is supposed to fold. On top of that goes premium cheese and our rich, flavorful secret sauce — vine-ripened tomatoes simmered down with Italian herbs and spices. Then it bakes to crispy perfection.
The toppings get the same treatment. Crisp vegetables, quality meats, each one picked by hand rather than scooped out of whatever showed up on the truck. We make New York-style pies, thick Sicilian, veggie pizzas and white pizzas like the Broccoli Bianca and the Broadway Veggie, plus the Italian dishes and fresh salads people keep coming back for.
